Poppy Appeal

We think the poppy appeal should be in talks with facebook. Make a poppy 'gift' that costs 50p. All proceeds go to the appeal. And the poppy can be worn with pride on your profilee page. Quicker, cheaper, more accessible.
And if it's not poppy... it could be the cancer ribbon, red noses... etc.

The Heated Place Mat

So first up, apologies to our gigantic, worldwide, global readership for not having blogged. We've just been so busy at the moment.
Anywho, had a snazzy roast last night with nice wine etc, the whole works. However by the time everyone had sat down and it was all served, it getting close to cold. I'm sure it's been done, but someone out there should make a heated place mat. Not too hot, just hot enough to warm the food. Because no matter what you're eating, by the time you've almost finished, it's all gone cold.
